I was walking towards the bus stop through the alley
When I heard a preacher, preaching loud
I saw a car parked right in front of me
So I stopped for a second to try and figure it out
“ Keep Honkin‘, I’m Reloadin’ ”
That is what the bumper sticker said
“To Jesus you are beholden”
That is what the radio preacher said
Keep Honking, Jesus Loves Reloading
That is kind of what I heard
And it made me wonder, not quite out loud
About the Lord and the use of His Holy Word.
